In the current environment, it is so easy to get down, to spread negativity, to be a part of it all. I went into a store yesterday, and the cashier was having a bad day, as was the bagger and others. And, they let it be known to me, the customer!!
The best way to stand out with Outstanding Customer Service is to let the moment pass, put on a happy face, and spread positivity! My dad told me that, "The next customer cannot know that the last customer was the worst one you ever had.". In service, in the current pandemic and in life, it is so much better to spread the positive vibes. This helps attract more good souls, and allows businesses to thrive.
I have a couple of books available, "Supermarket Service" teaches how to provide outstanding service and how to provide outstanding attitude! "God and Souls" is more a book on how to live life better, to love, and to improve our soul ratios as well as those around us. Both are available free on Amazon Kindle Unlimited.
